Because against teams like Fulham he does French connection United Kingdom ALL.
Thought he was absolutely class today?
Been class for a while. No idea why he has so many haters on here.
It's a mindset that we really shouldn't be getting rid of, however the point is that Dom brings so many other aspects to our game that we simply shouldn't ignore. He’s improved his overall game massively, no doubt... his finishing is still poor though and until that improves you will always have people who will consider him a weak point, it’s not going to be easy getting rid of the mindset that a good striker needs be good at finishing.
Nearly,
except:
....Grioud for France
....Gudjohensen at Barcelona and at times during his Chelsea stint (he did have two huge years though)
....Kanu at Arsenal
etc.
If DCL was scoring even 1/4 with the link up play he provides, he could become a crucial, great player.
He is fine. Best striker we've got by a mile and has a huge future ahead.
I’m sorry, I don’t remember anyone scoring against Fulham? Or playing well for that matter.
That’s the point he did nothing . He can’t be used effectively against 90% of the teams in the league
Your vanguard against Dom grows smaller by the week.
It’s really doesn’t , he doesn’t score goals mate simple as that. His finishing isn’t good enough

So are you completely ignoring all the other things he brings to the TEAM for the sake of him not being the name on the scoresheet when we win? It's such a parochial way to view football.
