Look at the missed shots. That's not normal - we're creating chances for him, and despite the fact he's surpassing his xG rating, he's still not doing well enough with these chances. Some of those can lead to wins. I think it's basically what people want (or at least what I want) from him.

We do need better options for sure & a new striker signing will be much needed, however DCL can do a job for us too he was outstanding in his last ten games of last season....

A new striker would help with our scoring options & is a requirement in the next transfer window....

He's a striker, he's there to score goals, he doesn't get anywhere near enough for a top 8 side

I like DCL but we need a top quality forward or we will never progress

Considering the tough job he had this season I was perfectly happy with DCL's performance in all areas

Still things he can improve on of course, but I think he did well enough to get another crack at it next season and I hope we give him that chance

I would have liked him to get more goals just to pipe down the boo boys, but I was happy with his contributions as he did a lot to help with scoring goals even if he wasn't scoring them himself

Next season he can be a valuable team player who will contribute 10-15 goals plus 5-10 assists....

We have a great young talented player on our hands lets support him & make Everton a club that inspires our young players...

DCL got 8 goals & 2 assists last season, so perfectly reasonable to expect an improvement from that to 10-15 goals & 5+ assists....

I agree we do need extra up front & a new top striker will be a welcome addition, however expect DCL to push him all the way next season, this lad will be something special....
