definitely mom for me , excellent performance. Like you say you can really see a player in there, was all over the place harrying and making some great runs . The improvement has been so noticeable. Delighted for him
 
He's not good enough. Should've scored when it bobbled off the outside of his right foot and De Gea saved it (and it would've been a Pickford-esque gaff if he hadn't). DCL should've hit it with is left. Tried to beat De Gea from an acute angle at the near post. If you're gonna do that (rather than pass/retain possession) you need a bit of height on the ball (to stop the keeper from kicking the ball away - as De Gea did) and some power in the shot. DCL's shot's are all 'powder-puff' efforts. The Championship beckons!

I love how we all know better how to score goals than people who do it for a living.
 

It's great when you see someone who works really hard and by all accounts a humble kid, get their rewards. For one reason or another He got an extended run in the side and you can see tangible improvement. He may never have been given that chance and may never have reached this level if most fans had their way.

Keep these two next season and we could be a big threat, been a long time since we had a deadly strike partnership.

Saying a player with 13 league goals by the start of March will be in the Championship next season invites a whole lot of fully justified abuse.
 

I don't get the hate while he's in this kind of form. He's missed some chances but is on something like 8 in 10 now. I don't care how he scores them, he is scoring, and they've been important goals for us. He's still a kid and will get better.
 
People will still moan about him but reality is if he was playing for someone else the same people would be firing DCL spaff everywhere and saying we should sign him.
