DCL is not Kane or Aguero (yet and may never be) but he’s doing fine and improving steadily. No crime that he’s doing it with Richy next to him, that also helps Richy by giving him someone strong upfront to bang bodies with CBs and keep Richy from being knocked in his ass all the time.

In fairness, neither have been given the opportunity so I don't know how you can make that comparison. Having said that neither are anywhere near as good as Dom.

And I never said it was a crime that part of his improvement is down to his partnership with Richy. I was just pointing out that he isn't quite at the same level as him at the moment, which is true. But the attention given by defenders to Richy will give Dom more space. And as Dom's reputation continues to improve, Richy will find himself getting more space too. It's an exciting young partnership they are forming.

TBF to you over DCL you have been consistently wrong in your criticism imo, but others who were calling him a poor striker some have been honest, and come clean , but others have just stopped posting on this thread .......sadly my interpreter was one of them.... unless he has repented?

I'm still not convinced by lewen. It's odd for me, he is scoring goals and for that has earned his place in the team. He keeps scoring goals as much as he has been doing then that will make him into a good striker.

But a lot of his goals are lucky / flukey / tap ins so it's not like he is clinically finishing , which a good striker does.

He keeps scoring then I'm happy to be proven wrong about him. I just don't see him ever hitting the heights of where we need him to be. He is still inconsistent , can't header accurately, misses far too much which has been shown the past couple of games. Almost like a striker on a good run of form rather than a great striker finding his feet.

If I'm wrong then great , we get a boss striker
