Worst player in his position Ive ever seen for Everton. I don't want to hear about how her leads the line well, holds the ball up well, runs the channels, draws defenders away and such, he is a striker, a CF, employed to score goals, and he does not and CAN NOT do that.
It’s not like is playing well but not scoring, but still creating lots for others. Just nothing really happens when he plays, tbh he’s a bit of a hinderance, in an ideal world if we had properly replaced Lukaku, DCL would have been loaned out to a lower league club, that may have helped his scoring. Now with Silva persisting with him that has started to turn people against him, because it’s clear to see he just isn’t good enough for us at this current time.

We bring disrespect to the number 9 shirt ourselves by giving it to the likes of Sandro and DCL.

He is a Championship striker or a can come off the bench for last 10-15 mins against bottom 10 team.

We'd be lucky if he can even score 8 goals this season.
I’d be stunned if he got 8 for us this season, he should have been loaned to a club in Germany, they like young English players.

We all want him to do well but when does the time come to say that enough is enough? You can’t play centre forward and not score goals.

He has had more opportunities than many but he is becoming more remembered for his misses - the previous year’s Derby at Goodison, the falling over at The Emirates when clean through, last night’s chance was criminal - for all his endeavour its not good enough to simply have a willing runner rather than a clinical striker up top.

The faith shown in him isn’t being repaid on the pitch. It may be harsh but this is the elite level of professional football and he falls short. I’ve said before, this year and possibly the next is the highest level he will ever play in the game. I’ve seen him improvements in his game but unfortunately it’s not enough to be leading our line when his composure in front of goal is as lacking as it is.

He’ll get plenty of minutes as his mobility is what marks him out from the other shot shy forwards we possess in the squad. It leaves us even more reliant on Kean than probably previously thought getting up to regularly starting and producing what is required.

I want him to succeed but it just isn't happening and the more people keep saying he needs to add goals, the bigger the pressure is going to get, I feel he need a tine out now but we only have a 19 yr old who is worth persevering with and I feel we should bed Kean in slowly.
