Disagree mate, Kane likes playing for England and if fit a definite starter. If he was going to miss a game it would be Wednesday and not today.

I wouldnt say its kane. But mourhino. It def goes on. Wether in this case who knows. But given how spurs lost kane for so long through injury i wouldnt even raise an eyebrow if mourhino has been peddling away under the water.

I’m 99% sure it won’t affect him but I just have this dread that if he plays and doesn’t score his confidence will be shot haha. Years of abuse of my heart by Everton has led me to be the eternal pessimist. Good luck Dom!

I'm chuffed he is getting some recognition now and is playing for England but I personally would prefer he didn't. My whole mood is dictated by 11 strangers in blue and I am generally annoyed but I feel cheery of late. UTFT.

Anyhow .... My visit was brief and very entertaining. I'll leave you all in peace to have your arses handed to you for however long we keep DCL.

I know you all thought he would be shipped out and replaced by Johnny Lazarus a 20 goal extraordinare from Senegal who scored goals that look good on YouTube..... But hey, Carlo Ancellotti rates him highly.... A 3 club Champions League manager saw fit to not only replace a midfield and get rid of forwards but to maintain that DCL is a potentially elite level striker...... I'm sure you all probably think you know more than Carlo .... But you don't .... You don't know naff all about the game and fortunately for us the only thing you have to do with Everton is not reflected on the pitch.

Let's face it with Gomes DCL and James in the side I'm finding my heterosexuality being questioned but if you tell yourself it's ok then you may find that you focus on their football ability

Hope DCL is not going to be affected by the press when they crucify England for this performance. He’s had absolutely no service at all. Instead the press should be turning their attentions towards the manager for picking this side and formation.

Grealish has to come on surely. Mount is doing jack all playing as a second striker almost and the Hendo/Rice combination is just a boring uninspired crapfest. Feel like we are watching Allardyce here

Personally I have absolutely no interest in international football. Sometimes I wonder what the backlash would be if an elite level player turned down the call. I understand to most it’s probably the pinnacle of their career but I’d love it if for once a player told them thanks but no thanks just to see people’s heads fall off. If he’s happy then I’m happy for him, please just don’t get injured Dom. I’d also like it if for once we were in the position we could use international call ups for our players to tap up those players we were targeting. Really set the cat amongst the pigeons
