I think a few have mistaken what My intention of the post was. I’m a big fan of DCL, but some aren’t. You’d expect him to be getting a few more opportunities a game than the one or two a game he was getting. This season should be the one he proves the doubters wrong.

Call it is as it is. There is no No.9 in the world at the moment that I would rather be on the end of a Lucas Digne cross than Big Dom.

Still a bit of work to do to improve on the deck.

Going to be absolutely world class is this lad. He is still filling out - a guy that big will hit peak physicality in a few years time.

A pleasure to have a striker like him with the royal blue No. 9 on his back.

When he took that ball out of the sky with one touch but then didn't connect fully with the shot.
If he can improve his long range striking he could be the best in his position. He was excellent today.
Just wish he had gone down when kicked by Adrian from that cross. He was too annoyed with himself for not connecting with the ball.

Happy to admit when I get things wrong too (Kean being the prime one so far I think that comes to mind... really disappointed with how that turned out) Which is why I'm a bit baffled by @mikeh72 (selectively) quoting me.

Also made up we got a point out of that, but also would have been so sweet to nick it right at the death.

Wasn't in the game a lot, but everything he did, he did well.

Seems he's become a leading figure at the club now, too. I feel like we hear from him more than any other player, including Coleman.

When he has such great insight into the game, and puts it across so well, why would you send anyone else out? The club utilising the players to their strengths.

When they want fun, they turn to mina and richie etc. They know what they are doing now.
