Haaland is young 19, he is well ahead of where DCL was at that stage but a lot of players tend to do the Dom route of natural progression, freaks like Mbappe and Haaland are just naturally gifted above and beyond their peers. DCL is a good goalscorer, we have not had many over the years and it's still not good enough for some mental.

Don't really get why people compare him with Haaland. Just because hes not the best young striker in the world doesn't mean he isn't good enough for us.

I don't mind them talking up Watkins rather than DCL, means it won't be our Dom they'll be trying to sell on, saying he's got to big for his club and needs to move for his career, as they seem to be doing with Kane. Poor old Villa can have that with Watkins instead.
