The GV argued that point in the goal race between himself & Roy Vernon ...... in the year we won the league - The GV honoured his bet though....... yet Vernon had about 9 pens...... never missed one though.......
So pens do count......imo

....his penalties for England have been very impressive, I think I’d be more confident in him than I am Sigurdsson.

Well Sig isn’t a starter so he can sniff it. Dom’s penalties for England have been great.
