He's got more time like but he's dinked it over Pickford like DCL should have done.

Mad how you can't just say it for what it was, a bad finish.
Like Kane today came on missed an easier chance - If DCL scored every chance, Dixie Deans re cord would be under threat... FGS support our young Striker as we are skint, & will fetch other positions in before him - he is no problem IMO.... two games two goals as for the pen he took it well plus he made it too.....

Joey I know you like DCL but what on earth has kane got to do with DCL missing a sitter

Kane might have missed a chance today but most of the time he slots then types of chances, very very rarely does DCL slot them type of chances

I don't get the shouts of 'dcl cost Everton the 3 points'. The 2 main chances he had were great saves. One was unlucky not to sneak in as it went through mesliers legs, the other was great keeping. He was out in a flash.

I think his off the ball movement is superb. He will probably still finish the season with 20 goals but people won't be happy because he 'missed so many chances'.

1.5 million v 150 million that's the difference of them both, but DCL has time on his hands - I find it odd that the lad scored 20 plus goals & yet you pick on him as do other posters -

I had this on the terraces as a youth when Joe Royle my hero was getting stick for replacing the GV ...... Joe was to become a great CF , but in a very good team, in fact the best footballing side in Blue I have ever witnessed .......

DCL is not the finished article by any means, but he has the makings of becoming a great no 9.....

He started out on the wing do not forget...
I feel he will become a very good no 9 for us - if we can keep him......

Stop getting so upset about it mate xx
Reported me AGAIN for being “off topic”

you say it’s me getting so upset??‍♀️

bless

Personally I think he lead the line very well, won and scored a penalty very well, did well to turn the snapshot on goal at 2-1 but, as has always been his downfall, think he should be doing better with the one on one that Iwobi slid him in for.

Last week the quick thinking diving header snuck in, this week the quick thinking volley was kept out, can’t argue with turning both low and on target. Would love him to get better one on one though.

Hes a very good player for us and seldom ‘cost us’ points. Still, saying he needs to be more clinical with his shooting isnt being overly negative. Hes very good at some aspects, but needs to improve in others - like every young footballer under the stars. With his progress so far, I have no doubt he’ll improve. Might not ever become the natural finisher Kane is, but he brings other positive aspects to our game other than just scoring goals. Thats worth a lot too.
