I’ve got Chrons and I couldn’t imagine having a physically demanding job. It’s hell, I’m fortunate that I sit down most of the day.

There have been a couple of posts on Everton pages on Facebook this morning that he may have Crohns, could well be the usual made up crap but it would make sense with the dialogue used by the club to explain his absence

I see what you did there.

If true, it's an awful illness, and a socially embarrassing one that messes with the sufferer's mental health just as much. Will find out eventually I guess, but there's more to this and I hope he's getting looked after.

We all will speculate on his mental or biological position, however if you watch the recent video with Sharkie Dom does not do the shooting part. This to me means probably does have a hamstring issue because he won’t shoot.

Crohn's disease is absolutely horrendous, my wifes cousin had it.

Thought he had diverticulitis
Edit - just checked, ulcerative colitis. Very similar to Crohns by the sounds of it and both quite unpleasant.
However, highly unlikely that’s what’s keeping D..C..L.. out imho.

Worst for me is when I have a bad flare-up and I've got to take Prednisolone. Basically I'm always knackered.

Yup. I don't think there's a striker in world football who has about 60 career goals to his name at 26 years old, or can do better than a goal every four games average. Utterly impossible to think of anyone who is better or misses fewer chances isn't it...
