Now is the time we have to take chances with him, no leaving him out hoping he is ok for final game etc - last time we took him off thinking it was nothing he was out for 2 and a bit months. As we always said no amount of time leaving him sidelines hoping for the best getting him fitter never seems to work, when he could have been back a few weeks earlier or more
Yes, getting him ‘properly fit’ hasn’t worked. Tell him to not train for a week and then start him v Wolves.

Well documented since then there has been wholesale change in how his fitness is managed. Like to think he is encouraged to be open and honest now in which has been suggested he has been used unwisely and and been unwise himself in the past

Every player is to some extent playing for a move away. The better you play the more likely it is a bigger, richer club will sign you and pay you more money. it's irrelevant what motivates them to play well, just that they do.
Well it is relevant because you should play like that every game you play, regardless of how much money you want or who you want to be playing for you’re getting paid to perform at your best every week.

Even if he's moaning about his injury next week start him anyway becuase were going down without him, and replace him in the summer no what happens.

Looked good when he’s played but I truly believe he’s playing for a move away.
What does that even mean?

Hes playing really well, so he wants to move away?

Why are you even moaning about that?

I don't care what his motives are, if he's putting in the performances he's been putting in it can only be a positive. And let's be serious who wouldn't want a move away from this bottomless black hole of a football club.

Yes I’d want a move away as well and I’d be happy if we got ok money for him I wasn’t moaning I just feel he’s looked up for it and sharp be interesting if he is injured or precaution but I’d rather we had a decent striker for every week
