Fearing the best we can hope for now with Dom is that over the second half of the season he can string a run of games together - show some form and not break down again and someone takes a chance on him over the summer.

Can't have a team whose recruitment is focused on bringing in players all over the park who've got a great injury record and hardly miss any matches then have the focal point of the team bring made from wet bog roll.

Those two streaks he had were incredible, some brilliant finishes nad poachers goals, and some great leaps where he's made a goal out of a cross lumped into the box that 99 tiems out of 100 gets headed away by a defender.

If he can get back to anything like that level we could have a dangerous side. Albeit he doesn't have anyone with the quality of Richarlison, Digne and James putting chances on a plate for him. proper everton that some of the best football and results we've seen were when no fans could go and watch.
