Jep, he did. Good work of the ball as well for the own goals. Not really pleasant to be ST under Dyche often.
He's under the top 10 of missing chances almost every season, and its more forgiveable when you have figures like Haaland or Watkins than 2 goals in 1100 min with 9 big chances missed.
Broja showed that he wants to fight for that spot, it's been only 10 minutes, but I miss that fire from DCL. He needs someone to kick him probably as he seems to be without competitions despite his numbers.

Hey Dom, you put these terrible Everton Dars in their box mate. They don't deserve you.
I am not a great believer in DCL, I don’t think he will ever be prolific, he misses too many chances. When he was being coached by Big Dunc and had that purple patch that got him into the England team I began to change my mind about him and I thought given the right players around him he might just be a very good centre forward. I didn’t see enough to convince me but I saw enough to think he deserves a go.
That era passed and now we have Sean Dyche and his type of football that mainly centres around balls from a distance being hurled into the box. Or inviting teams unto us and looking for a breakaway, neither of which DCL seems to do that well.
So we have a centre forward who needs chances to be created for him playing in a team which doesn’t create chances, this isn’t doing the team or DCL any good.
I would look to keep DCL, I wouldn’t be paying him a king’s ransom to stay as he hasn’t shown he deserves it. When Sean Dyche goes, hopefully sooner rather than later and we start to build a modern upward looking team then maybe, just maybe we can get the DCL of a few years ago back and scoring.

Well atleast you wasnt saying hes not good enough, but yeah its mostly true. I personally would keep him if possible. More often than not we atleast LOOK good with dom playing.

They should have given him the 2nd goal. Looked on target. The keeper may have saved it but by the rules it was probably on frame. Would have maybe given him confidence at least. I would give Broja a shot at this point and see where it goes. Just looks a better footballer and we need more of those.
