I don't see any potential weaknesses in his game. Meaning, while he's not the complete package yet, there's nothing that jumps out and says with continued work and experience he can't ever be a total striker. He's got the physical tools, the work ethic, the intelligence, and he's shown given time he can make vast improvement.

He's essentially the anti-Barkley. And I say that loving our Ross. I've never been as negative on Ross as others, but it has to be said he just looks like he'll only ever be a talented footballer who never quite lives up to his ability over a season and career. DCL on the other hand, looks set to consistently exceed expectations.
