While I agree that doing things legally is preferable, it is difficult for unskilled labor to get into this country legally.

The U.S. has bountiful resources to absorb more population. We have land, we have surpluses of food, we have natural resources and technical resources. There is no good reason not to allow for greater numbers of legal immigration rather than engaging in hostile rhetoric that divides us as a nation and builds ill will towards us from the global community.

This is not a situation in which the U.S. citizens will suffer from a more streamlined and open immigration policy. At least not if it is well worked and we can keep immigrants from being just as poor, disenfranchised, and disillusioned as they were at home.

We as a nation cannot afford to become more insular than we already are. The national identity has a real problem with arrogance and respect. It is hurting this country to treat other nations as inferior. It only follows that continuing to put up walls against the rest of the world will simply exacerbate those problems and lead to more issues in the future.

How much debt do you have now and how many US government bonds does china own...

You really cant afford to take in illegal immigrants...

Trump is on his third set of campaign advisors because his first one manhandled a journalist and the second had dodgy links with strongmen and Russia. His VP only agreed to join the ticket as he was likely to lose his own re-election bid, his transititon team leader (Christie) could well be facing charges in the Bridgegate scandal, Gingrich has his own set of scandals plus wanders off into daydreams of moon colonies.

What evidence is there that he can attract, hire and trust excellent people?

Wikileaks is a force for good if it houses material allowing whistleblowers to safely share things they would be victimised for doing ordinarily. When it starts housing material obtained by illegally hacking into databases that's not right. That the hacks were done by Russians would I'd have thought have been plenty for a Finn to stand up and take notice, as you haven't been short of run-ins with Russian down the years.

And to be honest, the whole thing is an utter charade as it distracts from any talk of actual policies whatsoever. Maybe that's a good thing if you're Trump, but to be so close to the actual vote and be so clueless about the policy positions of either candidate is not good.
