Don’t know how much more we need to learn about some of the squad, some are barely footballers and need to permabinned. That first half should serve as a reminder to the bedroom dwellers in here that think that this lot are capable of playing football like prime Barcelona against other Premier league teams and it’s the manager holding them back. That was an absolutely shameful first half, as bad a half I’ve ever seen from any top league team in my lifetime.
Thankfully the second half was better but the quality in the squad is obviously shambolic.

McNeil and Harrison will make a big difference to that team mate, will allow Garner to be more central as well.

I thought Garner was quite poor 1st half when he was in central midfield. But Doucoure needs dropped, he offers nothing.

Don’t want to be a party pooper, but just watched Danjuma’s goal again and several players were doing his snake celebration.
I do not like it.
He can do it (at a stretch), but ½ the team joining in makes them look like beauts.

Beto coming on was the only reason I kept watching, and really the only reason we won. A few did better in the 2nd half but hard to congratulate them for that after the 1st half. I thought Gana gave us a spark in the back.

And I’ll echo what a couple others have said, I’d be on the phone to anyone with an available full back to get two in before Friday. Woof. And check if they have any players who aren’t scared of the ball while we’re asking…

That's a worry i feel, Gana needs phasing out but his natural replacements Onana and Garner couldn't control the midfield against poor opposition. How much of that was due to Mykolenko and Patterson being crap idk
