Yes, both have done ok, but 1 is constantly injured and the other is constantly garbage.

It really is mad. I believe the United game was the 4th time we'd won a PL game with Delph in the starting line up in the 3 years he's been here, and people are making out like he's going to solve all our problems.

Yes you are correct going on the past record of Delph and Iwobi but be fair Delph came back and had a very good game v United, one game I agree but deserves to play tonight, I think, on that performance. Iwobi pleased hardly anyone for a long time, too long I admit, but his last three performances have been full of energy and he looks a different player so I think he should be kept in the team until he reverts to his past very poor performances and tonight is a winnable game with a strong midfield, we can think about the Derby game tomorrow and plan for at least a draw there!!

If Ten Haag gets the gig at Utd, then VDB will 100% go back there and be first name on the team sheet.

He might very well do that and good luck to him if he does but I haven’t been impressed by what he has done for Everton in the games he has played for us, especially with his passing which have mostly been sideways and backwards, if he comes in I hope he plays well obviously but see no no reason to change the central midfield after the United game, in fact off the bench I would prefer Doucoure before VDB.

Van de Beek is bang average. Don’t know why anyone is talking him up. The only thing he’s got going for himself is that he’s not Gomes. Can’t remember one positive thing he’s contributed since joining.

He'll play every game. Wanted the ball, took the ball, had an actual idea of what he'd like to do with the ball.

Basics, but most of his teammates can't do it.

He was always demanding the ball and looking to move it forward. He is on a whole other level to the other dross in midfield.

This guy will be our best player.

We need this guy. Properly solid, unfussy and reliable.

Go for him in the summer, or someone like him if we can’t twist United’s arm.

Awfully nice if United to loan us their best midfielder. This guy is a player.

Birth of his child in last week. Looking at him on the bench, that exactly where his head was at.
I'd except to see him back and playing an important role in the run in.
Be surprised if he's shirking. Not in his nature.

I don't think Frank was too impressed with him when he cried off during the warm up the other week. Frank said, Donny felt something in his leg and decided he wasn't fit to play, or something along those lines, but, you could see from his face that he wasn't convinced.
