this, even though he has gone downhill since joining them, when did he ever do anything worthwhile in an england shirt when a bit of pressure was upon him. he did well at villa to be fair, but at boro he was under little to no pressure. was never going to make it on the big stage - i laughed myself silly when liverpool spunked 20 mill on him, he was clear as days never worth that amount. definitely wouldn't take him here, don't rate him, never have, never will. he's just a better peter whittingham
