I trained with a fella a few times from Bolton called Trevor Roberts. He was a jujitsu fella with a background in sambo and wrestling. A real hard fcuker. Fully Agreed - Discipline and Leadership are the key foundations to any Team type activity.

Discipline has to be applied equally and fairly across the board with a common set of standards - not different rules for some because someone thinks they are worth more.

A lack of Discipline seriously undermines Team cohesion, damages morale and eventually leads to anarchy - simple as.
