Real life imitating art. He's not their manager anymore
Went to one of their games recently, a half decent squad for the championship, can see them doing pretty well if he can build a bit of confidence in them. Was speaking to some of the staff and it's obvious he's lifted the whole place since he came in.What the table doesn’t show of course is that they had just one point when he joined. There was an Everton banner at their last home game , its great that some Blues are supporting Big Dunc.

With or without the kilt on?That's a significant win for the big man. I can just see him running down the touchline and tossing a caber into the crowd when no 4 went in.
4-1 away win at Queens Park
That wouldn't be hard given the way we are playing under a manager that just doesnt have a clue and the club not having a clue either. Was there and ICT deserved their win as QP were just utter pish like they have been all season. Hope the big man can do good things for them as they look good compared to what they were like under Billy Dodds.4-1 away win at Queens Park
Fair play to you mate. That wouldn't be hard given the way we are playing under a manager that just doesnt have a clue and the club not having a clue either. ICT deserved their win as they played some nice football plus its men against boys every week with the "project" QP are doing. Their transfer policy this season is not to buy anybody over 22 and its all about data but data doesnt help you defend or score goals, its been pretty pathetic. The director of football left for Ajax the other week for the director of football job there and after the game they sacked Robin Veldman the manager. He was a nice guy but just didnt have a clue what he was doing as he'd never managed a first team apart from 12 matches as caretaker of Anderlecht and was the Director of the Ajax and Anderlecht academies. The squad is the youngest in the Championship and only have 1 player over 30 and 2 just under 30 and 2 around mid 20's while the rest are 22 or younger., so they need a few experienced heads in there. This season has been a disaster after last season being 45 mins away from getting promoted to the Premier League so quite glad they never got up as theyd be on a hiding to nothing every week. Hopefully a new manager can change the fortunes for the remainder of the season.Fair play to you mate.
I and many others on this forum know that feeling of going to the game week after week in the knowledge that you're going to see pish.
I hope QP give you something to cheer about soon.
What brings you to GOT? Everton your second team?
Nice one mateI support Everton as know Alan Irvine from when I was a youngster at QP in the junior teams and he was in the first team and then started to follow them when he moved down from Glasgow, as everybody else had an English team and i didnt, plus he'd send me stuff like scarves, hats, pennants etc, so have followed them ever since
