He needs binning too. Hard to see what he has offered from a player development perspective. Give him a blazer and keep him as an ambassador for the Scottish highlands but not as a first team coach.

He turns up as training starts, shows his face and leaves after 5 mins.
5 mins before training ends shows his face and leaves with the players.
Shows up at the game and sits on the bench blending in with the seat.

I think the club have forgotten he even works there
