Anybody heard the rumours about Duncan being shown around Edgeley Park and being under consideration to take the managers job at Stockport County? They have new owners and Robert Elstone joined recently as CEO....may be just a tentative link or maybe some truth in it.

Stockport isn't much of a commute

On a good traffic day you could probably get to Goodison quicker than you would Old Trafford if you started in Stockport. It'd be close at any rate

Whether you like Robert Elstone or not, he's been seriously ill for a while and that caused him to relinquish hi role as CEO of the Rugby Football League.

I think you might actually be shocked at what he had to deal with at the club when he was here. Undermined at every turn by the equivalent of Montgomery burns
