tbf mate, from about 9 yards out, under no massive pressure and the ball on his left peg, I'd assume a PL winger would fancy wrapping their foot right through the ball and at least testing the durability of Allison's head and seeing if it was attached to his body.

6 months ago and he would of burst the back of the net from there, but I think you can tell by the swing of his peg that he got caught in the 'Lamps' 5yrd sideways or backwards mindset so by the time his foot connected with it the ball only moved cos it felt sorry for him...

he got caught in his 'can't shoot or do anything worthwhile with my right foot' headlights if you ask me... couldn't beat the worst defensive FB in the league once even when said FB wasn't there. Also he hadn't scored in over a year 6months ago

Yeah that right foot of his is a mystery, its like a dead vegetable stuck in a boot.
but the lad has got a couple of important goals for us this season, and the only person that can really hold his head up out there today. ( not that high tho )

And their second goal came after he took a horrendous free kick from a dangerous position near their box….he put it over everyone’s head and it went for a throw in, from which they built their second goal.

He did the same versus Brighton when a dreadful fee kick near their box went astray and Brighton broke to score their third goal.

He is an awful player.
