Works hard, gets back, but he's to slow to then get forward after defending.

I think he'll be more effective when he's got a striker to cross the ball into but he's been a bit crap so far

Pretty much same as Burnley last season, excellent tracking back off the ball to help out Patterson but little quality when on it.

Hopefully won't be a regular starter after the window closes.

Think some are being very hard on the lad.

He's 22.

Retains the ball well and we're asking him to take one for the team.

I can see why he was in the top 1% of attacking midfielders in the league for interceptions and blocks.

Don't set your opinion too firmly on him yet, especially when we have no outball for him.

Don't think he can be on the right if we're going to be sitting back on the counter. Keeps trying to cut in at the halfway line instead of just running with the ball and kills any momentum.

Crap going forward but fair play that was some disciplined defensive performance from him. Must have thought he was back at Burnley lol

Hes worked hard the last 2 games.

I'll never have a problem with a player who works hard.

Really good performance and one of the reasons we got something from the game.

You cannot go toe to toe with this leeds team at Elland Road. They have too much energy and will batter you on the flanks.

He was outstanding in providing cover for Patterson and nullified their main threat. Happy we signed him - we would have lost without him.

Hopefully we can remove rhe shackles going forward soon and we can see what he can do playing with a Centre forward.

….his manager and teammates will be delighted with him tonight, put in a proper shift and cut out numerous crosses. For the first time, signs of a partnership with Patterson.

Liked him on Saturday & liked him even more tonight. Could be a decent signing.
