Well clearly that isn't the case

He seems to be happier and creative centrally. His assist was good on Saturday.

I don't know if he's good enough, or if we get better if he will be good enough, but I think he played well in the 10 last week. He's also quite rugged and can win tackles etc. I'd also say, he's quite a clever player too, which works better for him centrally.

Notwithstanding the Spurs performance, he's better central. His footwork and touch are generally good and when he gets more comfortable starting from the middle, the shooting will increase.

He's just not fast or quick enough to be a winger.

Prefer him or Ndayie as a 10? I know who I'd prefer. In fact I'd have Lindstrom at 10 ahead of McNeil.

He's just a pretty average and very slow footballer

I don’t see it lids or see it consistently - sorry, good honest pro, but a player id like to see us move on from, great to have in the squad - but not a cornerstone to build on for me.

I'm not sure it's as binary as that. But I'd prefer Ndiaye. But I thought Ndiaye did very well off the left last time.

Seems a really good guy and he does have moments, but I’ve never known a more one footed player. To play in the 10 role, surely he has to be able to at least control the ball with his right?
