No new contract.

The best thing that will happen to this club will be going into the 2025 summer transfer window with no Moshiri, Dyche or DCL.

No Moshiri means new owners. No Dyche means a squad rebuild under a new philosophy. No DCL forces the club into rejigging the forward line properly.

Shake their hands and send them all on their way.

He’s served his purpose but I would like to see progression and I’m not sure we are going to get that with Dyche, he is what he is.

If he keeps us away from the bottom 3 moving forward he will be here until the end of the season. If we want to move forward as a club though we have to part ways.

….as somebody who wanted his contract extending last season, I’ve actually voted ‘NO’.

It was an incredible achievement keeping us up last season given what happened but I thought he might take us up a level this time but he hasn’t. I think he’s struggled to find the right axis in CM, McNeil at 10 causes a problem and it’s ironic he reverted to the two old blokes today in Gueye/Doucoure.

I do feel he has limited resource to work with and Thelwell gets a very easy ride in comparison but whilst I wouldn’t sack Dyche, it’s very much a case of ‘watch this space’ in respect of his future.

I'm surprised that it is so clear for a no, but a no from either.

Latest at the end of the season it should be the end from him. I will thank him for his job, but it's time to carry on.

There are too many flaws that justify for me him to be the man to bring Everton further up again, with more time and more money to spend.

If Dyche left tomorrow, history would be very kind to him, he has done a great job here with everything going on.... However, from what we have seen, he has his hang ups and limitations. If this takeover involves serious people, they will look to take the club in a new direction.

He should get until the end of the season imo, but when you have a regime change, I think everything needs to be overhauled. It's no slight on the job he's done, he even made reference to such an eventuality after the Bournemouth game at the end of 22/23.
