But the football is terrible, let’s have it right it’s a poor league West Ham are 8th wolves have 35 points . We’ve win 3 games at home and it’s nearly March
Won't argue with that - it's turgid. But it's also the hand he's been dealt. No manager in world football can get a free-flowing tune out of this lot. They're just not very good at football.

In till the end of the season and then see what happens. Been really poor since December but even with that we would be 12th without the point deduction which is much better than last season. The right man to navigate the club through these tempestuous times. Definitely not the future though. The football makes my eyes bleed.

Whatever you say about him, he's coached this side to 30 points which, in a regular season has us in 12th which everybody would be lauding him over.
This is being lost on so many people. We’re only in the position we’re in because of things that are 100% out of his control. He’s taken a side that needing last minute saving from relegation for the last 3 years into a side that would be safe from relegation in March if it were a normal season.

I honestly don’t know what people want sometimes, are we crap? Of course. But we’d be far worse without Dyche, we already know that. Also even for the stats nerds we’re the most underperforming xG side in Europe or something, the system that we are playing literally creates the chances, it’s the players that are failing.

Benitez failed, Lampard failed, Dyche is not failing it’s the players ffs.

Not a chance, unless he walks and waves his compo.

And the allure of historic Everton to superstar managers has gone. Mosh etc have destroyed it. The allure of the PL that always gets mentioned doesn’t apply when we might get booted out of it a few days after the last game in an office. We have no idea.

The squad is poor and thin. The better players very likely to go this or next summer and the money not all available to spend. Stadium isn’t magically going to give £100m a year to the manager to spend. It just won’t. It’s amazing, and beautiful and something to be proud of, but Amazon aren't going to sponsor it. We are frighteningly unmarketable. We are currently labelled as cheats.

I already don’t like the new Palace manager, he sniffed his finger when on camera. Grim. But if we’d sacked Dyche last week and the sniffer had the choice of us or Palace, he’d currently have chosen Palace, and they are in a mess, but it’s in their own hands. We don’t even know the size of our mess. Worse managers than the sniffer still wouldn’t come here at the moment. Every time we have a vacancy there are shouts to go and get Poch, or Tuchel. Last time, we attracted a sum total of an absolute Sky-phoning psychopath and Dyche to interview, and we are in a far far worse state now. Prior to that, the bucket squatter myth took one look and walked away shaking his head.

Sadly we are a few years from being attractive to anyone moving forward in their career. We’d have a queue of dinosaurs applying and that’s it, or the hope Moyes does it out of sympathy.

I don’t believe that for a second, ok it won’t be like watching city. But do you think we should have 20% possession at home to Villa or 30 away at Fulham. Hes telling the players to boot it towards DCL or long cross field passes to McNeil

People shouldn’t be expected to fork out huge amounts of money to watch ‘football’ like that I’m afraid.

Thats not true.
Ancelotti got a tune out of arguably a worse squad.
There are lots of managers who'd get a tune out of this bunch.
We're lacking at right back and maybe missing a winger but this lot should be able to pass a ball.
Pickford, Branthwaite, Myko, Tarkowski, garner, onana, doucoure are all very good.
Gana, Gomes, the wingers, and the strikers have all shown that theyre capable of playing football

Dyche sets up two ways. To mirror the opposition, or defensively.
If the other team let us have the ball, we're lost.

He's a good man motivator and is probably the right man for the occasion but he should only have 3 months left at Everton.

That’s totally fair and I wouldn’t ever begrudge a fan for that. My mindset is in pure survival mode, I know what I’m watching is dreadful but it’s all about remaining to be a PL club going into the stadium, where Dyche is the best man for the job.
