Dyche is the man

I don't have a problem with Dyche per se, I have a problem with the clubs absolute obsession with "PrEmIeR lEaGuE eXpErIeNcE". Our most "successful" manager of the last 30 years had none yet every single manager we've hired has had to have this a prerequisite seemingly. It just makes no sense. There are HUNDREDS of top level managers who would likely improve this club but we singularly focus on that ONE aspect of it every single time. And "successful" managers with that experience typically aren't out of work in the middle of January meaning you aren't REALLY getting a top level manager.

Well aware of the situation Everton are in. They wouldn’t be appointing the likes of Dyche otherwise.

Whatever happens this board needs replacing and it will be an absolute disgrace if fans once again start pushing narratives that keeps them as custodians.

It’s no coincidence that we’ve become ‘soft’ since all this dress wearing/handbag donning crap came about. It is embarrassing.

We need to evoke the days of Big Dunc- and how his fighting spirit galvanised the team and got us over the line...like this time in 1998.... the 'good old days'.... ?

He's got approximately 100 hours of the transfer window left to shape his squad for the battle to stay up. I hope he hits the ground running.

COYB!

John.

That's 14 points from 15 games, if we did that in our next 15 games that would leave us on 30 points with 3 games remaining, possibly already down or needing to win last 3 games.

I get your point though, but we need to go on a better run of form than that.

Veering between the Brexit football of Dyche and the suicidal beauty of Bielsa shows the board havent a clue what they want and as usual went for “names” rather than having any idea about the direction they think they are taking the club (beyond straight down the plug hole). Let’s hope the shouty gingery bald bloke keeps us up.
