Put it like this - there are a lot of people who need to get out of the club before Dyche does. All that has happened is that the real Everton have come to the fore in his last few games. He is way down the list of those who need to go, although many of the criticisms are justified.
The people who run the club cannot be trusted to pick another manager. They have no strategy, no football knowledge, and appear to appoint managers on the basis that someone daubed their name on a wall with white paint.
It is them who need to go first. Then whoever replaces them will hopefully have a vision for the club and they can then appoint the next manager with that in mind.
