dyche thinks

Honestly could see him saying wasnt fit enough or at the level at that time. I just kno he thinks he got everything he could and was on the players quality not him. For me is just looking at him and the squad at the end of last season to this season and the difference becuase before the team was all giving him 100%. We have has worse managers during this dark time at the club and has left us in a better postion by keeping us up. But thats it dont think he should be looked at badly or good, for me is just moving on. But can understand the hate because this is the last season at goodison and i kno even myself at some of the performances at goodison this season has been wasted because of the poor style under dyche

Im gona move on from dyche. I knew this thread would pop up because as sure as night follows day he was gona start singing like a canary about Everton. He got credit out of me but any credit isnt exclusive. It doesnt mean he always got it. His best time here was just after the points deduction when it was wiped out in a few weeks. Everyone at the club rallied and it was great. The rest of his time here was hard work.
I do wonder privately how he feels about Moyes making him look terrible. But that will pass.
He'll put the boot into Everton for a while because his character is im great and everyone else is isnt. But let him crack on. The main thing is Sean Dyche is no longer at Everton.

I hope so too...but he'll get a huge round of applause from a grateful Everton crowd who KNOW they'd have been sitting in a state of the art Championship stadium without his two rescue seasons.

It's a small miracle we're still in the PL after two points deductions were handed out to a broken and ramshackle squad of players, but here we are.

Just say thanks...or at least dont slag him off.

The club probably wouldn’t exist today if Moyes hadn’t saved us in 2002 and yet you will happily slag him off. He’s also as much of the reason we’re going into this stadium as a Premier League club but you’ll waste no time slagging him off.

They were proven to be lies, so why is he still pushing the narrative?
Ok, once more for the hard of learning. It was the narrative pushed onto him by people at the club once he'd signed up - that's what he was saying in relation to Lineker's question about "explain" what was going on.

No, no, no. I always handed credit for that...because if ever there was a manager taking us into relegation it was Walter Smith.

Moyes gets every credit and I always say that. I parted company with Moyes after 2009 when he went along with Kenwright's plans to wreck the team he assembled and sell it off so that he could remain in charge...and then Moyes also turned on protesting fans and told them they were out of order for protesting against Kenwright. Moyes backed Kenwright to the hilt....and of course we all know what Moyes the rat did after that when got to United.

Sean Dyche is a paragon of Everton virtue compared to Moyes...and he always will be. Moyes is a Judas and he is for all time. And rightly so.

Dyche is backing Kenwright to the hilt right now and continuing to push the lies about the fanbase that were fed to him when he came in 🤷‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️

I can see why some fans think he has done a good job over 2 seasons, but he has always been a very limited manager and I mean limited, he sets a team up not to lose and that's it .

The reason why we stayed up is because we had a lot of luck eg when we played Leicester away and Keane had a nightmare against Vardy and they should of been out of sight at halftime, then a fantastic save from Pope when they played Newcastle also got us out of jail.

So basically it more a case of other teams being worse than us rather than Dyche wining games that got us through.

During his tenure apart from Brighton away we never really looked like wining a football match, his win records at us and Burnley gives his limited abilities away.

Awful manager and awful person, No clapping from me.

I remember that game differently: we were all over them in the first half hour and Coleman was on song and taking the game to them down their right flank. He got injured and we were rocking a bit before HT.

We were always in that game and fortunate got level.

To you maybe but for the majority he most certainly isn’t. Put a poll up, let’s see? For many Everton fans he’s the reason behind the most successful time they’ve seen at the club. Many unlike myself have not seen us win leagues and cups. So I think calling him that is very harsh when you consider the environment he was working in.

Rather than out a poll up now, why not go back into the archives and judge the levels of support Moyes had here when he left for United.
