I've never liked him, as a manager or the way he comes across as such a smart arse in interviews, but, up until the last two games, I'd have been inclined to say, let him see out his contract and replace him. The last two games have changed all that, if he thinks that our best chance of getting something out of games against Fulham at home and Southampton away, is to let them have all the possession and territory...then he really has no business at Everton.

You may be surprised to know that I voted out. Rant over and breathhhh.

Heads gone over this one fella. The general consensus on here at the end of last season was very similar to the results of that poll.

The manager will identify positions, and the scouts/director of football will identify players they can get to fill those positions. The manger then picks the ones he wants, and the owner/chairman sanctions the purchase if he deems there are enough funds and he agrees.

That’s rubbish, so dyche wanted O’Brien but never plays him. Thelwell offered 8 players to dyche and he said no, he wanted kalvin Phillips, what a disaster would have been
