Apart from Benitez, Walker and possibly Lampard there hasn't been a manager who needs and deserves to be sacked more than Dyche. The players either can't or don't want to do what he is trying to get them to do, whatever that is. If he isn't sacked we will be relegated, if not this season then definitely next.

If we're relegated this season and he still isn't sacked we will have our first season at BMD in the Championship, possibly even League 1.

Sacking your manager is an expensive pain in the arse but sometimes it is necessary, and it has worked well for us (just) over the last couple of seasons. We need to have a replacement lined up before sacking him tho.
