ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

I've had them as favourites for the title from Christmas, even when they faltered and turned a 7 point lead into a 1 point disadvantage.

It's still in City's hands. The City of last season would run off these last 8 games by dropping a maximum of 2 points. However, I see them this season losing 4 or 5 points, and it might just be enough for Liverpool.

If City beat United at OT I think I'd maybe change my mind.

Call me stupid but I think its the Palace and Burnley aways that I see dropped points in more than Old Trafford. Looking at Liverpool, Cardiff as bizarre as it sounds is a match I've picked out.

Just let them get the monkey off their backs then we can, each and everyone of us, get on with our lives.
They will join those giants of Leicester and Blackburn as one time winners.

Basically where I am. I don’t see Liverpool dropping a single point now tbh, that was their hardest game by far, and undeserving or not, they won, again.

It’s a superb run in. Even wolves last game will probably have a cup final to rest players for.

Whereas city got Spurs and United, as well as moody little trips to Palace and Burnley.

Liverpool odds of 7/4 is very generous if you ask me.

We are asking for one of Cardiff, Southampton or Newcastle to take points off Liverpool I think. Benitez to cripple them would be a thing of beauty.
Chelsea they have a fear of. I think that could be a banana skin. S'ton away looks tricky too.

They'll drop another 2-4 points, but I expect them to win it by a point or two.

City are very good, but they have too much game time in their legs and will falter against good teams. I wouldn't be surprised if they drop 6 points, tbh.

Last minute winners like that today and the Fulham game before the break act like a shot of adrenaline on a team.

Looking at the fixtures, I'm afraid to say that it's nigh on impossible to see City winning the title unless Liverpool lose one and maybe draw a couple.

I said that a couple of weeks back. They were that price then and I doubt it'll be 7/4 for too much longer. Liverpool at that price is just a license to double your money.

As far as I'm concerned this is a done deal now.

How much you got on them?
