8 of the last 10 games between these two have ended a draw or a one goal win. The other two being a Liverpool 2-0 win and a Spurs 4-0 win.

Looking at that game unfold, I tended to agree with @GrandOldTeam earlier that Ajax would have been easy meat for Liverpool. However, there's a closer match up here, and Kane is a king ready to be crowned.

Defo wanted Spurs myself, the way Ajax folded like a cheap suit was a concern.

Tell ya what. All of a sudden reading social media the reds are worried again. Ajax would have been battered but spurs can do them in a one off and they know it too. They should have won at Anfield few weeks back. This isn’t over yet

I've calmed down now, just brought him back from the U21 game and I'm going to take time to make a considered decision for my boys best interest. As I said earlier he still has a year left and it's his most important year

That's whats best mate. I don't want to egg you on, you need to take the right decision for you and him. If he's got over it then it's not worth kicking up an enormous fuss. However if he's upset about it, there's lots of rules they are breaking in that piece.

Your son is the key aspect of this really. As a former teacher they have a big responsibility for his wellbeing. If that's impacted it's unacceptable. If he can reflect and see the amusing side, and gives some back it's a different story.

I genuinely think Spurs will edge this. They have a lot of scorers. I think Liverpool fear thaty. Another anonymous Salah game and I think it swings dramatically in Spurs favour. Also they have a lot of experience in there team with WC finalists/semi finalists. They wont be fazed.

To give more detail, Liverpool have a big issue with being favourites and in finals. They shrivel. However the same is true on Spurs, who look absolutely shattered this season.

The fact Liverpool have defeated them a few times will help, and will also normalise this game not as a final but just another Spurs match.

I can't see a Spurs win. They do badly as underdogs too. Awful against the top 6 and have bottled many games against Liverpool too.

It's Liverpools to lose I'm afraid.

Nuts that they've managed to avoid PSG, Ajax, Madrid (x 2) & Juventus who all knock them out. If you keep getting lucky runs where you play your Porto's, your over the hill Bayerns, your Roma's etc and avoiding the top teams you will eventually get lucky and win something.

I have called the title thing to date perfectly. They've had a number of lucky decisions that has made it close. I have little faith in Tottenham though.

They are a bit like us under Moyes. Better but similar bottlers.
