They've spent in the last decade and a half billions in fees and wages and still they dont win it. That is truly 'kin pathetic. What other club that calls itself an elite club, in the whole of Europe, fails to win its title for three decades? There is none. It's just Liverpool.

All the media BS set aside, and even the consolation of this CL final they have to come set aside, that is truly 'kin woeful. The media should be asking major questions about a historic failure of epic proportions, but they'll merely parrot the 97 points mantra and pat the divvies on the head.

They’ve sprayed money about like it’s going out of fashion yet in a period when Leicester have won the league, Conte won it in his first season, Mourinho when half his players weren’t even with him, Fergie with a team of old men, they still haven’t won it. The danger now is spurs bottling the big event. Klopp wont want to and cant lose this one. They move the ball well enough but i sensed today that something was lost in their team spirit when city started to do the business. They'd spent thousands coming from Malaysia for this one. Could be a massive damp squib in Madrid. I'm afraid I've seen posters all over town begging for tickets. It would be better if all their frantic wools and scallies don't go. I was there in the 80s. RS fans hated us winning anything. They cheered every team who took us on. They cheered when they thought we were relegated. They hate us, yet expect us to cheer them on. GTF
