I’m not sure if ever stop laughing if Spurs beat Liverpool now. They are absolutely fuming at the attention that they’re not receiving because City are winning actual trophies rather than the imaginary ones Liverpool fans awarded themselves throughout the season. If spurs made off with the one they’ve already taken for granted they’ve won they might just implode.

To be fair Dave, if we ever get to the level we aspire, I can imagine we will be pretty peeved with them hoovering up all the trophies like.

Anyways, UEFA have got a massive hard on for them atm, it might not end well for them.

The reality is the cheat in all this is FFP. It allows for richer clubs to have distinct advantage over poorer clubs. A poorer club like Manchester City try to get around those unfair rules and are deemed the cheaters.

The system is flawed. The moralistic whining from LFC fans in defence of a system that is wholly uncompetitive and unfair is once again quite laughable.

They have spent similar sums of money, have an equivalent wage bill etc, City are just much better than them and thats why they have won 3 trophies in 1 season, while Liverpool have won 1 trophy in (on penalties) in 13 years.
