Well, as above, we’ve spent 484 million to finish 8th. It’s not baloney really. It’s only telling half the story. Surely, raising funds, by whatever means, gives you scope to spend more. Whichever walk of life. Be it a stadium, to raise revenue, buying players to sell at a profit. Sponsorship deals etc etc. It’s all way of raising money to spend more. To say it’s all baloney is a little bit silly.

I’m not saying how the money is coming in, only that it has been spent.
We all know FFP is to keep the big boys at the top of the tree as they generate more money to spend than day an Everton.
FFP is making football a closed shop and I’m made up city have got around it by any means necessary as it maybe gives hope that other clubs can do the same - even if they’ve broke a rule or 2 along the way.

We’ve spent money to try and catch up, and yes we have wasted a hell of a lot on fees and wages especially.
City spent there money a hell of a lot better, but they’re shopping in different shops to us.
RS the last couple of years have spent very wisely too. Good for them.

So to me it’s completely irrelevant how you make your money - baloney. Spending is spending whether you have it or not. So stop going on about net spend kopite. It’s boring and it’s only your mob who state this as some sort of trophy. Even spurs fans don’t harp on about net spend.

That’s OUR (Everton) figures mate. People obviously think I’m a RS, I’m not, We’ve spent 484 million. The money we’ve had coming in from Lukaku etc doesn’t matter (?) Everton has spent 484 million. It’s relevant to the whole argument over net spend. I’ve used our figures to show what a silly argument Davek had over the RS figures and the whole financial doping he says is going on.
