No, there isn't. Utter nonsense from Debaser. So many variables such as who you have played, etc. The team that plays every other team twice home and away and ends up on top is the best team. Has always been that way (apart from on RAWK) and always will be. Anyone who thinks otherwise is either deluded or a RS or both.

You really need to read more than the title of the thread and the first few pages of the original thread. In fact, a good start would be the first page of this actual thread.
 
Ill eat humble pie. I see a lot of you were very happy that I wanted to leave the forum. Thanks, you made me realize that was not the way to go. Just remember, I never got personal, like many others did, and I never called anyone stupid.

Having thought about my argument - that Liverpool are the best team in the PL, ill stand by that but just re-phrase it - in my opinion, they are the best team. There you go, Im sure there are some that still think Im stupid and cant have an opinion.

No, if you actually go back a little further, you will see that this isn't the first thread of it's type, or even the second. A new one is started, under a general titular theme ridiculing the mutants, whenever the thread becomes too long. Kind of like a regeneration of Dr Who, or the rephrased cry of 'It's our year', 'This time we can win it' or 'It's the final piece of the jigsaw' for example, which emanates from the mouths of the red clowns each year. The thread title is not intended to directly reference the subject matter, apart from in general. I'm trying to remember the first one I came upon - not sure if it was just 'Let's all laugh at Liverpool FC' or something direct. I'm getting on in years...

So anyway, you would be completely wrong.

It’s a joke mate . Don’t be offended by a login on a screen .at the end of the day we are faceless accounts on the internet.

Liverpool are a very good team and I’d be a liar if I said I weren’t worried about them .

But for me City are superior and the season lasts a lot longer than 6 games . And klopp has got to shake of the choker tag that he’s brought on himself. Mentally that’s easier said than done .

Yeah, I agree with all that. Im worried about them too. I hope to god Im wrong about them, do I think they will bottle it, yes, who do I think will win the PL, City. But Liverpool are an excellent side, no doubt. We will probably take 6 points off them anyways lol

The thread title is not supposed to reflect the contents? maybe it could be renamed "who takes their dog for a walk on Tuesdays" instead?

In fairness to @Debaser I would say he is basing his statements on that well known paragon of truthfulness, insightfullness , and pure footballing knowledge known as The Alternative Premier League Table ( lovingly referred to as the( ALPT)
It’s a well known fact in the loft extension the the official premier league table is only a rough guide to how a team is performing in the Premier League and one should always consult the oracle that is the APLT before making public announcements

Now that you have clarified you point and taken a different stance I’m sure people will realise you are not stupid

Deluded yes , a gobshite yes , a RS yes but stupid per se not really
