Was looking at the table, and form, and thought similar. United are not as done in as some make out, Wolves look well placed too. (Looks weird that!).

Good season beckons I reckon.

Early doors isn't it mate so we shouldn't be too quick to dismiss what we can do this season.

Oh I do love how a win changes the optimism lol

Mad isnt it?

Thing is, we actually looked really good at times yesterday. Hard not to feel a bit keen.

Oh, Liverpool thread. Sake. Soz like.

Didn’t watch the game, but turned in to hear the analysis and quickly turned it off again. Sourness, Spitter and Bellamy all ex reds giving their ‘impartial’ view. I know people will say that he also played for city. But nevertheless for Sky to have 3 ex RS players giving their ‘insight’ is downright favouritism, but then again should we really be surprised.

I think Salah probably realised when he got back to the changing rooms vs Madrid that he was absolutely fine and had just bottled it because of the World Cup

He genuinely looks like he’s about to cry at all times

He wanted to win the final, have a big World Cup all about him, then get a mega move to Barcelona or Madrid and be up for the ballon dor. It all got taken away from him because he pulled himself over with Ramos then cried off knowing his World Cup was in doubt. They’ve fed his ego so much he genuinely thinks he’s up there with Messi and Ronaldo now. Even saying he was going to win another award at the FIFA awards then going away empty handed. He’s got a face on him as he knows he can’t replicate that season again, he doesn’t have Coutinho putting stuff on a plate for him again, and defenders have worked him out more.
