ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Salah having a scan on his injury according to the Egyptians.

Couple of weeks out I'd say. Not that anyone would notice.

If he's done his groin it could be longer than that.

The wider point is, the lad desperately needs a rest. He's hardly had any time over the summer to recover (without being injured) from a gruelling season, one where he has played significantly more minutes than any other.

The sensible thing would be for Klopp to give him the full time to recover from the groin injury. If it's 4 weeks, then an additional couple on top (at least) to gain match fitness back. He won't though.

I think Salah will increasingly pick up nigly injury as he's had too much football. You can see he's not fresh. It wouldn't surprise me if his internal stats show that he's playing like it's April/May and in need of a 3 month break to re-charge. Again he won't get this with Klopp.

He'll never get a rest from that clown. Typical RS luck that he gets injured when he needs to be dropped (which they obviously can't do) instead of last season when he was injury free.

It's not looking greta there. He's carrying niggling injuries, he's irritated by his form and he knows that no matter what he'll end up as a perenial runner up under the managership of Cliff Barnes.

He must view La Liga with increasing impatience.

Who’s getting the blame for the Pharaoh injury.
I think Ramos again. Without the shoulder injury he would have had better balance, therefore avoiding this latest setback.

He had no reason to be injured last season, he had a good rest before the season started. Now that he has played 14 months non-stop high octane football without a break, he is starting to break down. That is why he is not playing well this season, Klopp has knackered him

Milner and Salah potentially missing at least the next game. It’s completely unfair that right in the middle of their title procession they get an injury crisis whilst the rest of their rivals have been completely injury free. All this after last season when they were the team playing the best football in Europe and would have won the league and CL had it not been for injuries.

It's the Liverpool way, and they usually get a stupid bid of way more than the players worth when they're on the decline.

They've got easy games coming up though?
