ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

I think you give this drab Liverpool team way too much respect. They're dour and difficult to break down. Arsenal have players who can take a half chance.

Game on.

I know, I agree, I’m just cautious since they always seem to fluke something, like city flapping that penalty the other week. In all honesty I do reckon arsenal should do a job on them

I still say the mentality of Arsenal will see the RS beat them 3-0, 3-1 mate. I hope you're right though Dave, and I'm way off.
I just think Emery is a lot cagier than Wenger. His game plan wont be predictable. Klopp likes certainty. The way he looked in the technical area in the CL final when Zidane messed with his head by standing off and handing them the possession - then taking control; then playing long balls out wide - and then working the ball with pace across the pitch. You could almost see the cogs turning in Klopp's head trying to compute it all. He was pathetic that night.

Remember Duncan Ferguson bitch slapping Ruddock and the rest of their " ring of steel " all around Goodison the night we beat them 2-0, great atmosphere. Thought Razor's hard man image died that night.lol

The best one has to be Paul 'hard man' Ince when at the RS jumping up off the floor on one ready for a kick - off, then he saw it was big Dunc, and he cowered like a tart.

Emery is capable of a tactical masterclass, he reminds of Mourinho in some respects. In that he’ll set his team up in different ways for different opposition.
I think this is a different Arsenal mentally as well. Will be very interesting to see what it does to the hype surrounding the cult if they lose, I think they will lose.

Ha was that the one where Ince jumped in on Dunc and clipped the back of his heels. Dunc angrily turned around and nonchalantly grabbed Ince by the scruff of the neck and just threw him to the ground, with utter contempt.
The governor was "governed".

His world renowned football knowledge spouting to the fore again.

TBH Liverpool should stuff Arsenal, really think they have had the run of the ball with this run they've had. Us, Wolves and Leicester should all have got something out of the games we played against Arsenal recently. Their defence is awful.
