Looks like it has backfired spectacularly for them and will make it harder for anyone to compete with City.

I wonder if at some point City will bring up the double standards over the espionage case that saw such a pitiful punishment. As well as the fine they received for their fans booing the Champions League anthem being larger than the one the RS got for the Kopites disgraceful attack on the team bus.
