So the 'mitigating factors' for the ineligible player were the difficulties faced by them getting the paperwork done and the fact that they have been unable to name him in a team line-up this season.

So, by that logic, I'll go to my local car dealership and drive off with a new car. If I get caught I'll explain that I had difficulty getting a job paying enough money and the fact that I have been unable to put a new car on my shopping list at all this year.

That should do it. Now, what to choose? Jag? Porsche?

The Sunderland player played FOUR PL games and a League Cup tie, £200,000 fine. The Liverpool player (who has been on their books for years) played 20 mins. The player mentioned in the Celtic Legia Warsaw game hadn't completed his 3 game ban for a red card. It's a non, or very minor story, really.

I can't believe they've not even been made replay the game. Something is amiss, I think you're onto it with the sweetener for MK Dons.

It's more absurd that they got fined 100K for a player issue when Millwall only get fined 10K for racism issues.
Which one is more important? :blush:
