Very true. But am just desperate for any win against them. Sly 1-0 last minute scrappy, dodgy winner. Or 4-0 spanking of them. Both are fine by me.

Its hilarious all the hyperbole about a load of 5 yard passes.

There’s an easy way to shut them up tho:

ME: ‘Thiago did ok didn’t he boys, reminds me of a top class Liverpool player from a few years ago’

RS: ‘Ye lad, alonso, gerrard, mascherano in one isn’t he?’

ME: ‘No I was thinking more of Joe Allen boys. Keeps it neat and tidy but never really looks like he’s going to hurt you’

While he’s obviously a far far superior player to Allen, the point stands. He plays so far away from the opposition goal that he’s not the type of player who is going to have you cacking yourself the minute he gets the ball.

If I had a choice of James or Thiago, 30 yards out with the choice to shoot or pass the ball 5 yards, I know who I’d choose.

But James will pass the ball 25 yards from 30 yards out like he did to Richarlison for DCLs goal where he slid in. That was something else.

James' passing in two games has been mesmerising.

Thiago is a very good player and might well turn out to be top class. It's the way he has been built up as a world class bargain but James has been a gamble for less money and at a similar age that annoys me.

Personally, I think if James played for them he would do more damage to teams than Thiago. His long balls over the top would be inch perfect.

But the hitler manager they have is hero worshipped by their deluded fans as some genius and the sh!@# thats said on tv by ex professonals is effin disgraceful meant to be unbiased theyre gettin bonus wages off the yanks them.

Look i just wrote what he said hes 80 in january still has ST with 2 similar aged mates gone for years hes ex army still carries a staff on parade and travels the country with a group of other ex army mates to go on parade and on the guinness.its just the way he is its his generation and hes set in his ways. I never meant offence just wrote what an old staunch blue said.
