Liverpool are going to finish a minimum of 30 points behind where they finished the previous season and at least 20 points behind City.
That is nothing short of a complete disaster. No other way of putting it. As you say zero domestic cups in 6 years to boot.
That just isn't good enough. Klopp hasn't built anything at all. In fact he's done the exact opposite he's effectively run the team into
the ground for 2 trophies. It's completely laughable how he constantly gets lauded in the media for what he doesn't do.
I can honestly see him getting the chop next season at some time.

What you're forgetting here though is that they have had all eleven first choice players missing for months, and have had a team of plucky boot-cleaning teenagers turning out for most of the season.

They have also spent nothing at all on players for two decades with their only foreign signings being poor barefoot urchins who honed their skills kicking an empty tin can around their rubbish-strewn streets.

When you add in the fact that they are the only club to have had fans banned, and all have asthma meaning they can scarcely breathe as they stagger around the pitch bursting with pride in their glorious red kit, with no sponsors sullying their heroic amateur status - well, it surely is a miracle for the ages.

Either all that or they are all so full of hot air that Richard Branson could ride Anfield over the Atlantic...
