ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Feels like FSG see the size of the Rebuild and possible no CL footy next season so think the time is right to cash out. I suspect they will end up with a pretty ideal suitor. Ideally they are not US owners. The number of US owners in the league is pretty worrying

Better a U.S. owner than than a Middle Eastern oil state.

The thoughts of them getting a City type of owner is terrifying.

I disagree mate. I think it destabilises them. A short term splurge of cash that may or may not bring them a trophy or two, but the organisation will be riven by the cultural shock of it.

They've set themselves up for that with all their right on BS.

Shall we have a whip round and see if we can get enough together for a deposit?

We can then load them up with the money we have borrowed to fund the purchase and get Steve Bruce in as manager.

Klopps a busted flush and I want someone who knows the league, and knows the league below it.

Imagine they became one of ‘dem oil clubz’

Mind you their fans wouldn’t understand hypocrisy if it smacked them in the face.

Probably realised with Chelsea being sold for a ridiculous amount, it’s a good time to sell. Added to that I just don’t think they have the pockets or willingness to give this current Liverpool team the major surgery it needs.

They probably need to spend £200 million next season to keep the cult of their back. Doubt they have any intention/ability to do that.
