Loved seeing them miss out on the playoffs. They are hands down the worst football club and fan base in the country.

Wasn't it the case in the past, pete, that if a club didn't get part of the ground ready in time for the start of the season, they just cordoned it off and used the rest of the available terracing? Did Arsenal do that at Highbury a few years ago?

City were the first side to win the English domestic treble and very little was made of it.

To be fair, the PL do ask all clubs for any preferences they have around fixture scheduling, and try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
