ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I see they have asked the EPL to give them an away game for the beginning of the new season because the stand at the pit may not be ready…just surprised they didn’t ask to play whatever game they wanted in whatever order tbh…..
Next they will be allowed to play home games in Norway and Indonesia to help the climate.

Wasn't it the case in the past, pete, that if a club didn't get part of the ground ready in time for the start of the season, they just cordoned it off and used the rest of the available terracing? Did Arsenal do that at Highbury a few years ago?

Heard this Kopite talking the other week about the title race. He was saying he hopes City win it so that 'Arsenal can see what it's been like to be us', unable to catch them. So that's Arsenal, who have gone years without even getting into the CL, and he wants them so be able to feel how they have 'suffered' over the last several years in the top two...

Was pointless even saying anything, their self-awareness simply doesn't exist, unlike their unparalleled entitlement...

It’s funny isn’t it all the mass amounts of attention our lovely neighbours got for winning two trophies last season but the media are quiet on City on the verge of a treble

Tbf Media have talked about city winning treble for what, past 7 years? . I think they've bored themselves with it

To be fair, the PL do ask all clubs for any preferences they have around fixture scheduling, and try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
