It being a public order offence was reported when the cretin was arrested.

My guess would be section 5 - Harassment, alarm or distress.

An offence of this kind is one where the perpetrator uses “threatening or abusive words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour… within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby”.

Seeing as it was put on Social Media it has very much been in sight of persons likely to be distressed by it. Even if it hadn't been, presumably he didn't teleport into Wembley.

Yeah he put it on social media because he wanted people to see it and cause them distress

At that point he fully deserves to face legal repercussions

Thing is as well, is that you don't need to be a Liverpool supporter in order to find it distressing

You'd like to think that a right minded United fan would be as sickened by it as the rest of us are
