The RS are annoying with the majority of their transfer deals, they identify, get in early and get the deal done -is the transfer window even open yet? Wee alexis is a decent player, they will need a few more like him, but Brighton are no mugs - it’s going to be a fair bit more than £35 mill.

He only signed the contract after winning the World Cup - they can swallow all the kool aid they want, it’s Naby Keita amounts we’re talking.

You can sign players at any point outside of the registration window but can’t register them for the squad until that date, which is the date their contracts start. It appears to only be our club that still thinks you’re not allowed to do transfer business of any kind outside of the “transfer window” (which is just a registration window)

Or simply they are well run, we are run terribly, hate myself for saying it bit it's true. With all the supposed abuse, headlocks and death threats Kenwright has had here, you'd think he'd just walk away, I would.
